The CURT A20 5th wheel hitch provides smoother, quieter towing for your home away from home, combining our patented A-Series technology, an easier mounting system and the power of a 20K 5th wheel hitch . Like our A16 hitch, this 20K 5th wheel hitch uses a patented cast yoke to allow unhindered head movement, while providing exceptional trailer stability. The yoke has a set of poly-torsion inserts to suppress shock loads and reduce excessive noise, and the head features high-strength locking jaws to give the trailer stability and the freedom to swivel and swivel as required. The A25 5th wheel hitch is also designed for easier installation. The legs are equipped with two pins to properly align with the mounting holes, and they have easy-access mounting bolts for ergonomic tightening. The 5th wheel head also features a one pin quick release system for easy installation and removal from the truck bed. This 25,000 5th wheel mounts to any industry standard 5th wheel track, using the 5th wheel dropouts or a CURT 5th wheel roller. It can also be mounted in the washer system of a truck equipped with the Tow Prep Package, using our OEM washer system legs or roller adapters. Once installed, the A25 is quick and easy to use. It features an extra-wide head opening to increase trailer coupling area, and it features a single-stroke locking handle that automatically resets to the ready-to-hitch position after unhitching. To make hitching even easier, it is equipped with a hitch indicator visible from the truck cab. The indicator shows the connection status and saves you from having to check multiple times when pairing. To protect the A20 5th wheel hitch from rust, wear, and any other threats that may hamper your cross-country trek, it comes with a black carbide powder coat finish.
