Description
ADFOAM 1885BLK is a black polyurethane insulating foam, single-component, self-expanding, and ready to use, specially designed for gun application, even at temperatures down to -5 °C.

Main use: filling cavities under transportation vehicles, plumbing and electrical applications, thermal and acoustic insulation.

Certification: complies with CAN/ULC S102 and ASTM E84 (UL R26654) standards.

Eco-friendly: CFC-free propellants, ozone layer friendly.

Thermal performance: thermal resistance R5 per square inch.

Excellent adhesion to most construction materials (except PTFE, PE, and PP).

Closed-cell structure 70-80 %.

Application method:

Clean and dry surface, pre-moistened if T° > 0 °C.

Fill to 65 % (controlled expansion).

Application temperature: -5 °C to +35 °C.

Packaging: aerosol of 750 ml (gun application).

Shelf life: 12 months in a cool, dry place (10 °C to 25 °C).
