The MTI Industry 02-8570 Safe-T-Alert™ is a combined propane (LP) and carbon monoxide (CO) detector specifically designed for RVs, caravans, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and campers. With its dual detection technology, it helps quickly identify two invisible hazards that could compromise safety on board.
Operating on a hardwired 12 volts DC power supply, this detector offers a reliable solution without relying on replaceable batteries. Its LED indicator and audible beep alarm effectively notify you in case of propane or carbon monoxide presence.
Its compact flush-mount design makes it an excellent choice for recreational vehicles where space is limited. The included trim ring also facilitates the replacement of an old detector by covering existing screw holes and adapting to any pre-cut openings.
Designed to withstand the demanding conditions of the road, the Safe-T-Alert™ is made to endure vibrations, impacts, moisture, and temperature variations typical of the RV environment. Its mute button allows you to silence the alarm temporarily during vehicle ventilation, while the quick recovery sensor automatically reactivates the alert if the danger persists.
