This set includes 4 tie-downs: two front hook tie-downs with a range of 15-1/2 to 21-3/4 inches, as well as two rear tie-downs with a range of 29-1/2 to 33 inches. The front tie-downs are spring-loaded, while the rear tie-downs are shock-absorbing, which helps maintain proper tension during use.
